We are a small team. We aim to reply within two business days. For anything urgent — billing, a subscription that did not unlock, an account problem — please include the email address tied to your Apple ID and, where relevant, the App Store receipt or order number. It helps us help you faster.
2. Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store, not by us directly.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
- Select PickASunnyDay Plus
- Tap Cancel Subscription

My forecast looks wrong
Weather data comes from Open-Meteo and is inherently uncertain — more so the further into the future a day sits. If you see something that looks clearly broken (no data at all, the wrong location pinned, repeated errors), write to us with your city and the date. Please do not rely on the App for severe-weather decisions; use your national weather service (in Germany: Deutscher Wetterdienst) for that.
How do I update or change my location?
In the App, open the locations screen and add, remove, or set a different primary location. Granting location permission is optional — you can always search and pin a place manually.
I want my account or my data deleted
Write to privacy@pickasunnyday.app from the email address tied to your Apple ID. We will confirm and delete the data we control within 30 days, as required under Art. 17 GDPR.
Some data we are legally required to keep (for example, subscription invoices for tax purposes — up to 10 years under § 147 AO). We will retain only what we must and isolate it from active use.
